1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CompareLoan ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Data Sharing and Consent

By submitting a loan application through our platform, you consent to:

• Share your personal and financial information with registered lenders on our platform
• Allow lenders to access your application details for the purpose of evaluating and making loan offers
• Receive communications from lenders regarding loan offers, appointments, and related services
• Allow us to process, store, and transmit your data to facilitate the loan matching process

You understand that sharing your information is necessary for lenders to assess your loan application and provide you with suitable loan offers.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use CompareLoan only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform.

4. Loan Application Process

When you submit a loan application:

• You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You understand that loan offers are subject to lender approval and terms
• We act as an intermediary platform and do not guarantee loan approval or specific loan terms
• Final loan terms and conditions are determined by the individual lenders

5. Lender Relationships

CompareLoan facilitates connections between borrowers and lenders. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Any loan agreement entered into is solely between you and the lender. We are not responsible for:

• Loan approval or rejection decisions
• Loan terms, interest rates, or fees charged by lenders
• Disputes between borrowers and lenders
• Lender compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Communication and Notifications

By using our service, you consent to receive communications from us and our partner lenders via:

• Email
• SMS/Text messages
• WhatsApp messages
• Phone calls
• In-app notifications

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, but you may still receive important transactional messages related to your loan application.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CompareLoan and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CompareLoan, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CompareLoan and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
